Research object: innovative activity of industrial enterprise; the purpose of the work: further development of theoretical positions, elaboration of methodical approaches and practical recommendations as for estimation and providing of increase the efficiency of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises; research methods and instruments: methods of analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization and formal logic, system approach, methods of classification, statistical analysis, additive package, graphic method, expert estimations; theoretical and practical results: methodical positions for the calculation of efficiency of innovative activity of enterprise, the feature of which is an account additionally offered marketing and financial constituents, and also scientifically-technological as more capacious than scientific-technical together with existing economical, social, ecological and resource constituents with the use for each of them aggregates of quantitative indexes; methodical approach for quantitative-quality estimation of efficiency of innovative activity of enterprise, which, unlike existing, allows to carry out two methods of estimation: quantitative - on the basis of calculation the aggregate of integral indexes for the constituents of efficiency of innovative activity and summarizing integral index of efficiency of innovative activity of enterprise, and also quality - on the basis of determination the limits for intervals of "high", "medium" and "low" efficiency after her constituents and forming the corresponding areas of efficiency by the construction of petalous diagram; determination of concept "innovative activity of enterprise" as system activity, the feature of which is illumination of her orientation on achievement of three associated aims: receipt economic and other effects, increase of enterprise's competitiveness and providing of its development; determination the contents of efficiency of innovative activity of enterprise, the feature of which is consideration her as description which represents not only effectiveness but also exposes the measure of plenitude and quality of achievement aims of innovative activity using the system of indexes; classification of factors, which influence on innovative activity of enterprise, the difference of which is expansion for groups of institutional-legal and informative factors by bringing additional factors, which before were not taken into account, and also regrouping of organizationally-administrative, technically-economical, personnel and social-psychological factors in accordance with their essence; subject and degree of introduction: developments are put in practical activity of OJSC "Avtramat", LTD "WelCom LTD", HNEU at teaching of discipline the "Innovative management" for the master's degrees of speciality "Management of organizations", sphere of the use: innovative activity of machine-building enterprises, educational process.
