Lebedyev I. Implementation of Decent work on the basis of Corporate Social Responsibility.

The theoretical basis of the concepts of Decent Work (DW) and Сorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) were researched and developed. The substantial methodology of research of CSR and DW, based on institutional economics and socio-economic paradigm, was further developed. The concept of CSR in the form of a series of conceptual conclusions and propositions were developed. Methodological approaches to the typology of models of CSR by the criteria of compliance with corporate governance model - insider or outsider - were offered. Socio-economic essence and content of Decent work were considered not only by the standpoint of implementation of proclaimed by ILO concept of basic needs, but in prospect of it's further development and approximation to the standards of quality of work-life. The theoretical concept, practical model and socio-economic mechanism of implementation of DW on the base of CSR, the methodological approach and the economic and mathematical model of analysis and comprehensive assessment of level of DW and CSR were developed and substantiated. The results of implementation of DW and CSR in Ukraine was researched, existing problems were revealed and practical recommendations for their resolution were formulated. The crucial role of CSR in implementation of DW іs substantiated.
