In thesis the concept of quality management of preparation of future teachers for successful professional activity in the conditions of university education is offered. It is substantiated possibilities of quality management strategy of preparation of future teachers for professional activity on the basis of pedagogical philosophy of training by success. The author’s interpretation defines the essence of the concept of «quality management of future teachers preparation for successful professional activity». It is established that the quality of students preparation for successful professional activity is the achievement of educational results. The effectiveness of the developed model of quality management system of preparation of future teachers for successful professional activity in the conditions of university education, and also productivity of scientific and methodical maintenance and psychological and pedagogical support of educational process is experimentally checked.
