Essay

The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the Doctor of Education on a specialty 13.00.06 – theory and methods of education management. State Institution of Higher Education «University of Education Management», Kyiv, 2021. A theoretical generalization and a solution of such scientific problem as quality management training of competitive professionals in vocational schools (hereinafter - IP(VT)E, institutions of professional higher education) was made and offered in the dissertation. Substantiation of the conceptual foundations of the study was carried out at the methodological, theoretical, methodic and practical levels. According to the results of the study it was found out that the introduction of a quality management system for competitive specialists in IP(VT)E based on a conceptual model has a positive effect on the level of competitiveness and provides information that serves as a basis for management decisions to improve training. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time the author's concept of quality management of training of competitive specialists in IP(VT)E was theoretically substantiated and developed; the theoretical bases of quality management of training of competitive specialists in IP(VT)E were covered; these theoretical foundations were based on the provisions that the effective use of the internal potential for quality assurance of P(VT)E (quality of the goal, quality of educational standard, quality of educational program, quality of material and technical base of educational process, quality of teaching staff, quality of students, quality information and methodological base, the quality of training of future specialists) and external conditions influencing the quality of P(VT)E (policy in the field of quality of education in the state, the creation in IP(VT)E quality management system), should improve the quality of training in IP(VT)E. The phenomenon «quality management system in training of competitive specialists» was defined and substantiated; the effectiveness of the structural-functional model of quality management training of competitive specialists in IP(VT)E, which includes methodological, substantive-procedural, criterion-diagnostic blocks was designed, substantiated and experimentally tested. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of participation of social partners in ensuring the quality in training of competitive specialists in IP(VT)E were substantiated; application of hub- technologies in the quality management system of training of competitive specialists through the formation of effective technological platforms, which contributes to the innovative development of IP(VT)E and the implementation of the paradigm of partnership-corporate relations.
