Essay

Object of the research: the development of measures for the diagnostics and therapy of cows with gonadopathy. Purpose: to substantiate theoretically and experimentally and develop methods for diagnostics and treatment of cows with gonadopathy. Research methods: clinical (examination, palpation, obstetrics and gynecology), special (ultrasono- and thermographic), biochemical (indicators of homeostasis and POL-AOD state), hormonal (determination of estradiol, progesterone), diagnostic slaughter, morphological, statistical, (spread of gonadopathies, indicators of reproductive function), information technology (computer programs), biometric (digital data processing). Scientific novelty: new data is given and the concept of etiopathogenesis of gonadopathies in cows is formulated, methods of diagnostics and therapy for gonadopathies - gonadodystrophy, hypogonadism and diorgan pathology (hypolutetolysis + chronic metritis) are theoretically and experimentally substantiated and tested. The indicators of POL-AOD state in cows as a component of the etiopathogenesis of gonadopathies (ovariodystrophy, hypogonadism and diorgan pathology) were for the first time studied. The dynamics of ovarian structure in cows of the postpartum period depending on the structural and functional state of the fetoplacental complex as an etiological factor of gonadopathies is determined. The dependence of the morphometric parameters of the Jacobson organ on the structural and functional state of the ovaries in cows is proved. A method of lifelong assessment of ovarian endostructure and differentiation of its structural and functional state with the use of information technology as a part of comprehensive differential diagnostic program of gonadopathies in cows has been developed. Positive effect of the developed nanobiopreparation “Caplaestrol + OV” on the state of prooxidant-antioxidant system and processes of AOD in cows with gonadodystrophy, hypogonadism and diorgan pathology (hypoluteolysis-metritis), namely, a decrease in the content of TBA-active products in red blood cells, increase of catalase and VG activity, reduction of duration period from the beginning of treatments to restoration of the ovaries sizes from the beginning of treatments of cows to estrus, duration of infertility and increase of fertility, and also the developed drugs “OKO”, “Prozon” in the treatment of cows with diorgan pathology reducing the duration of treatment and increasing fertility are proved. Scientific novelty is confirmed by obtaining declaratory patents for utility model of Ukraine - № 70277 “Method of therapy of cows with hypogonadism”, № 70278 “Method of lifelong determination of endostructure and functional state of gonads in cows”, № 97646 “Method of lifelong determination of gonadal density in cows” № 125562 “Method of therapy of cows with ovarian pathologies”, № 108139, “Method of therapy of cows with metritis as prevention of gonadopathies”. 1. It has been proposed: To use thermography as a preventive non-invasive method of remote-project research at diagnostics of a sexual cycle phenomena and pathological processes in genitals of cows. 2. To determine the endostructure and functional state of the gonads in cows it is advisable to use a special program to determine the density objectively and quantitatively. 3. To introduce a computer program for the differential diagnosis of gonadopathies as part of a comprehensive study of the organism and reproductive function of cows. 4. To use the introduction of drugs “Caplaestrol + OV”, or “Carafest + OV” for effective treatment of cows with ovarian dystrophy and hypogonadism. 5. To use “Caplaestrol + OV” and “Prozon” (Ukrainian patent for a utility model № 108139 “Method of treatment of cows with metritis as prevention of gonadopathies”) for the treatment of cows with diorgan pathology . It has been introduced: the results of experimental studies are used in research and educational process at the faculties of veterinary medicine of higher education institutions in Ukraine: KhSZVA, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, Dnipro State Agrarian University, Polissya National University, University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after S.Z. Gzhytsky, Podolsk State Agrarian Technical University, Sumy National Agrarian University) and research institutions (Institute of Scintillation Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, National Pharmaceutical University, Institute of Endocrine Pathology named after V.Ya. Danilevsky, Kharkiv).
