Essay

The quality management system of educational activity at medical colleges is designed, the technology of its introduction is developed and scientifically substantiated. The theoretically substantiated author’s model of quality management system of educational activity at the medical college and the model of system of internal quality assurance of educational activity at the medical college, as its submodel, the method of their realization in educational practice at medical colleges are presented. The evaluation criteria and indicators underlying the efficiency of the educational process management and the quality of training the medical students at the college are determined. The research has experimentally proven that the implementation of the designed system affects the level of general and professional competencies of future medical professionals as well as the syncretic predicted result – the quality training of competitive health care professionals who will focus their competencies and efforts on advancing the nation’s health and enhancing the economic development of Ukraine.
