The author substantiates that anti-corruption policy is a set of measures, mechanisms, instruments of the state for the purpose of preventing, combating and combating corruption through specially authorized bodies of state power. At the same time, the anti-corruption body of state power is a collection of professionally trained persons with appropriate education, distributed according to functional responsibilities, which perform the functions of prevention, counteraction and fight against corruption, whose activity is aimed at forming negative attitude of the population of the country to corruption and enhancing international reputation. countries. Ukraine gravitates to countries where various specialized institutional models are in place and operate to fulfill key anti-corruption functions that meet international standards. In Ukraine, specially authorized bodies are set up and operate, whose activities are aimed at preventing and combating corruption. Thus, the preventive organ of state power is the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption; bodies engaged in investigation of cases of corruption and corruption-related offenses are the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation; the support of the State prosecution in the respective proceedings belongs to the functions of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office; the detection, search and management of assets obtained from corruption and other crimes is handled by the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Search and Management of Assets Received from Corruption and Other Crimes; The High Anticorruption Court administers justice in accordance with the legal principles and procedures of the judiciary in order to protect the individual, society and the state from corruption and related crimes and judicial control over the pre-trial investigation of these crimes. The author proposes a model of cooperation of anti-corruption bodies of state power through creation and implementation of the National Project - formation of effective communication of anti-corruption communication of anti-corruption bodies of state power. The author substantiates the creation of the Coordination Center (Anti-Corruption Monitoring Group), headed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, including the functions of such a center, in particular: first, the formation of a single Anti-corruption strategy and action plan; second, the coordination of the activities of anti-corruption bodies of state power; third, monitoring, coordinating the work and holding consultations for ministries and central executive bodies on the implementation of the Anti-Corruption and Action Plan; fourth, discuss, analyze and approve progress reports on the implementation of the Action Plan.
