Essay

The object of the study is the process of administration of stressful situations in public authorities. The purpose of the research is to develop conceptual, theoretical and methodological and applied principles of administration of stressful situations in public authorities. The subject of the study are theoretical and methodological and methodical approaches to the administration of stressful situations in public authorities. The author used such methods as: analysis and synthesis, system approach, systematization, method of analogies, comparison, questionnaires, statistical methods, graphical method, abstract-logical method. The theoretical significance of the work performed is that its results allow to understand in more detail the essence of the process of administration of stressful situations in public authorities. Scientific novelty of the results: the author has formed a model for ensuring the maximum levels of stress stability of public authorities at the stage of their recruitment; the system of framework requirements for positions on the maximum levels of stress resistance in public authorities; has improved the classification of approaches to the evolution of the substantive essence of the concept of "stress"; the tools for the administration of stressful situations in public authorities; the method of evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs; the the theory of the life cycle of a public servant; has developed the system of concepts "public authorities", "public service", "public servant"; the concept of "time lag of delay" between the value system of society and the value system of public servants. The author's recommendations apply to the administration of stressful situations in public authorities. The scope of the author's recommendations is public authorities and other organizations etc.
