Essay

In the course of the dissertation research it is established that the social sphere is an important component of ensuring the vital activity of society, promotes human development and reproduction of human capital, and the formation of a certain standard of living in society. The social sphere is represented as a set of elements that function in interdependence in the direction of ensuring the exchange of resources and redistribution of public goods through a system of intergovernmental relations in the context of solving social inequality problems. A comprehensive approach to the study of the social sphere by levels of its functioning is proposed, according to which it is determined that the primary element of the social sphere are people, and the secondary - man-made administrative institutions. There is also argued the importance of identifying the peculiarities of the social spheres development, which include education, culture, health care, physical culture, tourism and recreation, housing and communal services, consumer services, passenger transport, communications, trade and catering, management, lending and insurance, which operate to ensure the material living conditions of the population.
