Essay

Today, Ukrainian statehood is in a state of dynamic development: rulemaking is improving, relations between public authorities are being optimized, and the national consciousness of citizens is growing. All this happens under the influence of several significant factors of internal and external grade. One of such influential factors is the updated personnel policy in the field of civil service. Understanding current scientific approaches, as well as constructive foreign experience in improving human resources in the public sector has been an impetus to strengthen the status, abilities, and capabilities of public actors. Human resource management in the civil service came to the forefront of the agenda, which indicates the awareness of the need to invest in the development of civil servants, their knowledge and potential to get the proper results of his work, full return, and responsibility.
