Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the problem of the development of the innovative potential of future foreign language teachers in their professional training. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need of modern society to train future teachers of innovative type who would be able to successfully implement current innovative educational tasks in accordance with modern challenges. The solution of this issue largely depends on pedagogical institutions of higher education, for which some indicators of the quality of education include the presence of an innovative component in the content of professional training and the ability to provide appropriate conditions for the formation and development of innovative specialists, critical and creative thinkers with developed adaptive and innovative potential ready to generate, assimilate and implement innovative ideas in future pedagogical practice. Particular attention should be paid to the update of the system of professional training of future foreign language teachers, since the current prospect of changing the status of English in our country implies setting the formation of foreign language competence as a priority and realizing numerous advantages of a person who speaks a foreign language in the modern world. Therefore, the problem of the development of the innovative potential of future foreign language teachers in their professional training is in the focus of attention of scholars and requires further reflection and search for practical tools to solve it. Therefore, the object of the research is the professional training of future foreign language teachers. The subject of the research is the organizational and pedagogical basics of the development of the innovative potential of future foreign language teachers in their professional training. The study aims to establish and test the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical basics of the development of the innovative potential of future foreign language teachers.
