Khomyak H. Training of future physical education teachers to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports

The object of the research is the training of future physical education teachers. The purpose of the research is to develop a model, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for training future physical education teachers to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports. Research methods: - general scientific method; - empirical; - statistical. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: - for the first time, a model of training future physical education teachers to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports has been developed. The pedagogical conditions of training future physical education teachers to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports are substantiated; - the essence of the key concepts of the research was clarified: “training of future physical education teachers to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports”, “readiness of future physical education teachers to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports”; - the content of academic disciplines and the programme of practice for training future teachers in the speciality 014 “Secondary Education (Physical Education)” was improved; - scientific knowledge about physical education of future teachers, content, forms and methods of future physical education teachers' readiness to organise group interaction of senior pupils in team sports were further developed. Experimental basis of the research. The research and experimental work was carried out on the basis of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Cherkasy National University, Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University, and Kharkiv Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy of Kharkiv Regional Council. At different stages, 432 people studying in the speciality 014 “Secondary Education (Physical Education)” took part in the study. The control group included 204 higher education students, the experimental group ‒ 228, and 26 teachers.
